  • All consultations require advance booking through the website form or HCA Healthcare Call Centre.

  • Fees and treatment plans are agreed upon before consultation.

  • Home visits are available by request and subject to availability.

  • Treatment may include hands-on osteopathic techniques, manual therapy, lifestyle guidance, and exercise advice.

  • Patients are responsible for providing accurate medical history and informing the practitioner of any health changes.

3. Professional Responsibility

  • Osteopathic treatment is provided in line with best practice, professional guidelines, and healthcare regulations, including the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) standards.

  • Treatments are tailored to the individual’s needs. Individual results may vary, and no guarantees regarding outcomes can be made.

  • Referrals to other healthcare professionals, including GPs or specialists, may be made if clinically appropriate.

4. Fees, Payments & Cancellations

  • All fees are payable as agreed prior to treatment.

  • Payment methods include debit/credit card or bank transfer (upon invoice).

  • Patients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Fees may be charged for late cancellations or missed appointments.  Insurance coverage is subject to the patient confirming authorisation codes with their provider prior to treatment.

5. Liability

  • Sonal Patel Osteopathy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

  • Our liability for direct loss is limited to the fees paid for the services rendered.

  • Osteopathy is a regulated healthcare profession, but outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

  • All personal and medical information is treated confidentially and stored securely in line with GDPR and relevant healthcare data regulations.

  • By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information for appointment management, treatment, and communication regarding your care.
